Error description

  • Under certain circumstances, a ServiceDescription object could
still be used to create service delegate even after being
removed from cache. This would cause the ServiceClient
to be null and throw the following error.

    org.apache.axis2.jaxws.ExceptionFactory
    createWebServiceException Create Exception:
javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: The system cannot create the
    OperationClient. The ServiceClient is null.

Problem conclusion

  • A JVM custom property, "jaxws.runtime.description.cache.keep",
was added to solve this specific problem. The default value of
this property is "false". Setting this value to "true" will
make the ServiceDescription be kept in cache for future use.
