  IPPA is not working after attempting to follow:

  ? checked CM database has IPA tables
  ? IPADATA datasource pointing to CM tables
  ? imported IPPA Package 11.2.1 deployment
  ? executed sample DQM reports with "include performance details"
  
  
  Result:
  ? ZIPI reports have no data
  ? CM IPA tables have no data
  ? When attempting to drill through from interactive reports,
  ZIPI drillthrough reports only work for first page. Drillthrough
  links are not showing for pages past the first page (page 2
  onwards).

Problem conclusion

• Tables are populated in 12.0.3 without issue.  Drill through
  works in the new viewer, ensure interactive mode is set to yes
  for this to function properly.
