• In 11.2.2, Cognos loads every group a user is a member of when
  loading the welcome screen.
  If a user is a member of many external groups, the welcome
  screen waits for the authentication provider to fetch every
  group before loading.
  This leads to very slow loads for users who are members of many
  groups.
