PH46385: HORIZONTAL SCROLL BAR IN TEAM CONTENT CA 11.2.2 WHEN LANGUAGE CHANGE TO GERMAN

Error description

• In cognos version 11.2.2 we are receiving a very annoying
  horizontal scrollbar (see attached screenshot).
  As soon as you set product language and content language to
  German the issue appears. See attached screenshot. Tested with
  google chrome 101.0.4951.64 (most recent version).
  With default settings 'english' the issue doesn't appears
