Error description

• Enhance the parser of was-usage-metering.properties file to trim
  the spaces. If there are any spaces in the key-value pairs then
  the parser does not read the values properly and as a result wil
  be unable to register the WAS server to the Automation Server

  When the configuration values specified in the was-usage-
  metering.properties file contain trailing blanks, the usage
  metering service in IBM WebSphere Application Server may fail to
  connect and register with IBM WebSphere Automation. Various
  errors may occur, depending on which value contains trailing
  blanks. One or both of the following messages will be logged:
  CWWKR0401W: The server cannot be registered.
  CWWKR0403E: The server cannot be registered with the IBM
  WebSphere Automation service.
  

Problem conclusion

• The usage metering service in IBM WebSphere Application Server h
  been updated to trim trailing blanks from the values specified i
  the was-usage-metering.properties file.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.22 and 9.0.5.13.
