Error description

• ISPF Panel navigation for MOVETB line command allows Db2 Utility
  option combination of SHRLEVEL REFERENCE and FASTSWITCH NO or
  SHRLEVEL REFERENCE and FASTSWITCH NO. The panel navigation
  should warn the user about the combination of Db2 Utility
  options because the MOVETB line command change is not
  materialized in the Db2 catalog with those combinations of Db2
  Utility options.

  *                      message DSNU1165I when this situation   *
  *                      occurs.                                 *

  The table space MOVETB function is enhanced to use SHRLEVEL
  CHANGE and FASTSWITCH YES when basic settings are used for REORG
  options. When customized settings are in use, if SHRLEVEL NONE
  is specified, SHRLEVEL CHANGE is used instead, and if
  FASTSWITCH NO is specified, FASTSWITCH YES is used instead.
