Error description

• If the user does not have at least READ access to the **
  generic profile in the APPL class then plugin client access will
  fail with the following messages in the IMS Connect's JOBLOG:
  CEX5126E APPL access has been denied for the user <userID>, SAF
  return code=08/34/00
  ICH408I USER(<userID> ) GROUP(<group> ) NAME(<name> )
  LOGON/JOB INITIATION - NOT AUTHORIZED TO APPLICATION

Problem conclusion

• Console services is corrected to always use the Security applid
  as specified on the System Definition panel (CEXMPDEP).
