PH45545: SMTP NAME REVERTS BACK TO 'SMTP' AFTER BEING UPDATED WITH A DIFFERENT NAME

Error description

• When the value for SMTP address space name was initially entered
  the first time, the updated name was saved but it would switch
  back to SMTP. This occurs during IMS Tools Base Policy Services
  setting SMTP variables.

  When the value for SMTP address space name was initially entered

  The explanation for SMTP address space name in the help panel is
  not clear.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module BSNETVU0 has been modified to save the updated name.
  The help panel BSNPHSMP and BSNPHSMQ have modified to describe
  the SMTP address space name clearly.
