  During CQM Collector Startup, if interval initialization is
  delayed, a loop in a system nucleus module due to invalid time
  interval could occur.
  
  
  When viewing SQL text for a stored procedure with host
  variables, each host variable marker was displaying twice
  

Problem conclusion

• Optimized startup synchronization code path.
  
  
  Duplicate host variables markers are removed before the SQL text
  is displayed
