Error description

• WMQ 920 ABEND5C6 00E20012 abend due to low Shared Message Data
  Set(SMDS) size which affects the calculation of the size for
  the GETMAIN storage request to hold the space map.    A GETMAIN
  length of zero was calculated and supplied to CSQSGMN.
  CSQSGMN parameter validation caught the zero length and abended.
  

Local fix

• Increase the size of the Shared Message Data Set(SMDS).

  The code which allocates and opens the SMDS dataset does not
  check whether the dataset is sized appropriately.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to check whether SMDS datasets are
  at least 2 logical blocks in size before marking the dataset
  ready for use by the QMGR.
