PH44976: FIX COMPILE-TIME TERMINATING ERROR (ABEND) IN IGYCSCAN WHEN COMPILING PROGRAMS WITH JSON PARSE

Error description

• In some cases when compiling a COBOL program that contains a
  JSON PARSE statement, if identifier-2 of the JSON PARSE
  statement contains subordinate level-88 items a possible
  terminating error condition is triggered (S0C4 abend)
  

Local fix

• Remove 88 levels or apply PTF
  

Problem summary

  When compiling a COBOL program containing the JSON PARSE
  statement where identifier-2 contains subordinate level-88
  items, the compiler may encounter a system ABEND 0C4 resulting
  in a terminating error return code 16, due to a bug in the
  compiler.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was fixed to correctly handle subordinate level-88
  items of identifier-2.
