Error description

• This APAR was opened to investigate a better way to handle
  storage contraction for the 'CSQISTRT BLOB Object' PHB. In this
  case, we contracted and freed the 63Mb of storage from the PHB.
  This is generally an unhelpful activity, as it's unlikely that
  we'll ever be able to re-obtain the continuous 63MB of storage
  required for the PHB in scenarios where we've had to contract
  the PHBs due to storage exhaustion. This APAR will investigate
  a better way to handle contraction for this PHB.

  *                      to offload message data to Db2, a       *
  *                      5C6-00E2000B abend can occur when       *
  *                      attempting to perform operations that   *
  *                      require queue manager internal storage. *
  ****************************************************************
  The queue manager's internal storage has become extremely
  fragmented due to an earlier storage build-up, followed by MQ
  storage contraction to free storage. This results in a shortage
  of continuous storage which can cause an abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to not contract the amount of free
  storage in the CSQISTRT BLOB Object pool down to 0.
