  Cognos documentation makes following reference:
  
  "If the name of the package that was used to create a report has
  changed, you must change the package connection to update the
  report."
  
  As tested in lab package name inside report, and inside Data
  Module gets automatically updated when package name is changed
  in package properties, (i.e. package renamed).
  
  Documentation would require correction.
