Error description

• When a REORG is built for Db2 objects in a pending definition
  state, tape stacking should be turned off.  Example: the
  following error occurs during a REORG execution because of an
  ALTER TABLESPACE MOVE TABLE statement:
  
  "DSNURORG - COPYDDN TEMPLATE IS INVALID BECAUSE OF STACK YES
  SPECIFICATION FOR
         PENDING ALTER MOVE TABLE MATERIALIZATION"
