  For APF authorization to be effective, the main executable has
  to
  also be linked with AC=1 which has never been the case.
  IHS executables remain program controlled.
  

Problem conclusion

• The set_attributes.sh script called post SMPE apply has been
  updated to not add +a to IHS HFS files.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in IBM HTTP
  Server fix packs 8.5.5.22 and 9.0.5.12. For more information, se
