APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In some cases when audit is divided into two separate JSON jobs,
  the job can encounter a "ROWDATA validation error" during a
  detail report run due to incorrect data transfer from a general
  report run.
  

Local fix

• Either generate and submit the JCL with "Create JSON parameters
  file" option set to 'N'.
  Or generate the JCL with JSON parameters file but enable both
  general report and detail report.
