PH44098: IIS CONFIGURATION SCRIPT USES HTTPS PROTOCOL FOR HTTP SERVER FARM IN THE REVERSE PROXY REWRITE URL WHEN WEB PROTOCOL IS HTTPS

Error description

• When using the CA_IIS_Config.bat script where the web protocol
  is https and the dispatcher protocols are http using a web farm,
  the script creates the Reverse Proxy rewrite rule using the
  https protocol instead of http. In the portion of the script
  where it creates the Reverse Proxy rewrite rule that uses the
  server farm, it seems to use the %web_protocol% variable instead
  of the disp.protocol. This does not happen if not using a web
  farm.
  

Local fix

• Manually change the Reverse Proxy Rewrite URL from
  https://ca_servers/bi/{R:0} to http://ca_servers/bi/{R:0}
