Error description

• While running CICS/TS 5.5 on z/OS 2.4 the following error is
  issued, producing a system dump:
  
  
   DFHSM0002 A severe error (code X'0316') has occurred in module
             DFHSMGF.
  
  It is issued by a task for the CMPE transaction.
  
  CICS trace shows transaction CMPE (the Policy deferred rule
  evaluation task) issued to a severe error because it incorrectly
  attempts to process a policy and freemain the storage
  associated with that policy:

  The customer has an active bundle Policy with a System Rule
  type of Message that is checking for DFHAP1900 messages.
  
  An insert in this message was missing in this customers case
  so it had a zero length. That causes DFHMPSC to overwrite a
  DEQE parameter list with an overlay of 255 bytes.
  
  When CICS freemains the corrupt storage, a X'0316' system dump
  occurs in DFHSMGF.
