Error description

• When upgrading an existing archive install, postinstall.bat on
  Windows can report:
  The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is
  incorrect.

  postinstall.bat has a defect that is only triggered in upgrade
  scenarios.  It results in the plugin\gsk8 directory not being
  upgraded.
  Under normal operation, the copy of GSKit loaded by IHS will be
  used anyway.
  

Problem conclusion

• postinstall.bat was updated to correct the error
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in IBM HTTP
