PH44006: HYPERLINK DOES NOT WORK IN PDF FORMAT

Error description

• Hyperlink is added to report to allow users to click and access
  external URLs.  When users run and view report in PDF format in
  Cognos Analytics clicking the links does not work in Cognos
  Analytics 11.2.
