Error description

• A customer has active journals defined with the legacy block
  size of 32760, They occasionally receive diagnostic messages
  FUN2510E and FUN2711I.
  These messages were intended to provide diagnostic informaton
  in the case where half track blocking is in effect.

  A customer has active journals defined with the legacy
  block size of 32760, they are occasionally receiving the
  diagnostic messages FUN2510E and FUN2711I.
  These messages were intended to provide diagnostic
  information in the case where half track blocking is
  in effect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The journal manager is updated to identify an end of
  file condition and then switch the journal and re-drive
  the write.
