Error description

• The label and explanation for the VUX023/PGDFIN parmlib
  parameter in Tools Customizer should be enhanced as they are
  not accurate.
  
  The current label is """"Percentage of displaced pages in inline
  FIC"""" while the parameter doesn't apply only to INLINE FIC but
  to any IC that must be sorted (COPYTOCOPY FIC for example) by
  Db2 HPU.
  
  The documented authorized values should be 1-100 instead of
  0-100.
