Error description

• S0C1 Abend during Db2 Agent shutdown
  
  
  Description - Only one Agent can be the plex agent.  When
  2 (or more) agents are setup to connect to one hub, they have
  to check if a plex agent already exists.  All other agents
  are checking the status (If a plex agent exist) every 2 minutes
  in case current plex agent is stopped, and it needs to be
  replaced by another agent.
  
  During shutdown sometimes it happens that during this check the
  pointers to related functions are already freed and we get
  a S0C1 abend
