Error description

• IBM MQ - REFRESH CLUSTER(cluster_name) may cause missing
  cluster objects and/or subscriptions for a partial repository
  queue manager.
  

Local fix

• Utilize the '*' or asterisk for the cluster name such as
  REFRESH CLUSTER(*) REPOS(YES)

  *                 Release 3 Modification 0.                    *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After issuing a REFRESH CLUSTER         *
  *                      (cluster_name) command or altering a    *
  *                      queue manager from a full repository to *
  *                      a partial repository, cluster objects / *
  *                      subscriptions can be lost. As a result  *
  *                      of this, the following error can occur  *
  *                      when opening queues -                   *
  *                      MQRC_UNKNOWN_REMOTE_Q_MGR.              *
  ****************************************************************
  The code that checks whether we have already recreated an object
  subscription is passed the incorrect type for the object being
  considered. This was causing subscriptions to be skipped over
  even though they were never recreated.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to consider the correct object type of
  subscriptions, meaning that all eligible subscriptions should
  be recreated successfully.
