Error description

• As of 11.2.1, the custom Oracle Kerberos JDBC driver
  ba-oracle-kerberos-driver-11.2.0-21042811.jar is missing from
  the install files. It is supposed to be found in the
  install_location\webapps\p2pd\WEB-INF\lib directory. This can be
  found in 11.2.0.
  

Local fix

• Copy the file from an 11.2.0 installation.
