Problem conclusion

• The WarningHeaderHost directive was added to Caching Proxy to
  override the host provided in any Warning headers that Caching
  Proxy sets.
  
  This fix is targeted for IBM Caching Proxy fix packs:
  - 9.0.5.11
  - 8.5.5.22
