PH42589: PARENT NAME IS NOT SHOWING ON INSTANCE SPECIFICATION (ARTIFACT INSTANCES)

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Artifact Instance is not showing its parent name when placed on
  several different types of diagrams. However, it can be seen
  that the Appearance tab in the Properties View indicates that
  the selected Style is Name.
  
  RSAD4WS 9.6.x and RSAD4WS 9.7.x, on both versions, trying to
  display the Parent name for an Artifact Instance is not
  possible. While for Node Instance, Component Instance, and Class
  Instance, when the Parent Style is set to Name, you will be able
  to see the Parent Name.
  
  However, when setting the Parent Style to Name for Artifact
  Instances, it is not showing. Checking further here are the list
  of Instance Specifications whose Parent Name is not showing even
  if Parent Style is set to Name:
  - Artifact Instance
  - Enumeration Instance
  - Use Case Instance
  - Deployment Specification Instance
  - State Machine Instance
  - Primitive Type Instance
  - Collaboration Instance
  - Data Type Instance

Problem conclusion
