APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is a timing window between stopping the QMGR MODE(FORCE)
  and the AMSM address space terminating, YSTPWK service task
  progressed to waiting for the AMSM address space to terminate,
  and message CSQY034I was issued from CSQ0ESTP. After this
  message is issued, the task suspends on the ROB pointed to by
  G0BLTROB, to be resumed by the timer task in 5 seconds time,
  after which point the state of the AMSM address space will be
  checked again.
  4 seconds into this suspend, the QMGR was stopped MODE(FORCE).
  This ABTERMed the YSTPWK service task, which drove recovery
  routine CSQVSRRX for the task. This routine set ROBCRESM ON in
  the ROB and did some cleanup before returning to RTM. A new
  YSTPWK service task was started, and progressed through the
  stop work broadcasts. Meanwhile, the AMSM address space started
  to shut down, and set flag G0BL.fStopped, which resulted in the
  begin stop work broadcast failing to resume the ROB, and thus
  not resetting flag ROBCRESM.
  The task went on to try to suspend on the ROB again in
  CSQ0ESTP, and abended 5C6-00E501A1 due to flag ROBCRESM still
  being ON.

  After the command 'STOP QMGR MODE(FORCE)' was issued an attempt
  to suspend on a ROB that was not in the correct state to be
  suspended on resulted in an 5C6-00E501A1 abend during QMGR
  shutdown.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been altered so that the ROB is now in the correct
  state to be suspended on. Now, both the AMSM and QMGR address
  spaces will terminate without the abend in this scenario.
