Error description

• When a DFSDF member is analyzed, IMS Administration Tool gets
  SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4 REASON CODE=00000011 at
  ATY#BRGN+X'83F6'.

  This ABENDS0C4 occurs in the following conditions:
    - A user attempts to register IMS to Admin. Tool, or select
      IMS in various functions of Admin. Tool
            and
    - The block size of IMS PROCLIB data set is 20480 bytes and
      the size of DFSDF member is 20480 bytes
  IMS Admin. Tool accesses out of I/O buffer storage in the above
  condition. As the result, ABEND 0C4 happens.
  In addition, this ABENDS0C4 can occur in the other conditions
  which depend on the storage usage.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been modified to access the I/O
  buffer correctly.
