Error description
User got deleted from CCS ACL, and also from -> Audit -> Users. However, once the server gets restarted, deleted user gets back to the list of CCS -> Audit -> Users.

Problem summary
The AD Configuration service admin's audit feature was not able to permanently remove the users that have used the Analyze Client. Deleting a user appeared as it was working but after a the WAS Liberty service is restarted then the user was coming back in the list.
Problem conclusion
AD Configuration service admin can now successfully and permanently delete users from the Audit > Users tab. The deleted users will stay delete even after the WAS Liberty service is restarted.
