Error description
In CA 11.2.1 default landing page after installation, before importing "Samples_for_Install_11_2_1" samples deployment, there are two dashboards available toward the bottom of the page in the Samples section of the page: ?Covid Dashboard? ?Sankey? None of those dashboards are working as expected. 1. Clicking on Covid Dashboard opens new tab and returns page with note reading: ?Note: This dashboard was deprecated on July 5, 2021. The dashboard and the underlying data are no longer supported.? 2. Click on Sankey dashboard and new tab is opened returning page with following error: "This page isn?t working community.ibm.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" Clearing cookies, reloading page, clearing web browser cache, no change to this issue.
Local fix
After importing "Samples_for_Install_11_2_1" samples deployment, access to those problem dashboards is not longer available to the cognos users. After importing "Samples_for_Install_11_2_1" samples deployment under Samples section user see two samples options "By Feature" and "By Industry". And as cognos users do not have access to problem sample dashboards issue is not longer pertinent.
