Error description
Dashboard advanced setting, color consistency is stuck on in Cognos analytics 11.1.2. In 11.2.0, with color consistency off, it will use the colors of the palette for each viz in order. In 11.2.1, it will behave as if color consistency is enabled, even when it is off.
