  PACKED-DECIMAL or USAGE DISPLAY data coded within a single
  program.
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message MSGIGYCB7313-E incorrectly has the
  text NUBCHECK instead of NUMCHECK in Japanese.
  
  
  PROBLEM SUMMARY: When message MSGIGYCB7313-E was translated from
   English to Japanese, the translator incorrectly changed the
  text NUMCHECK to NUBCHECK.
