  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When printing CEEDUMP, information for  *
  *                      base locator of                         *
  *                      files used in the program may be        *
  *                      missing.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Install the provided PTF.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  There is a logic error when searching for the file control
  blocks
  in the program during CEEDUMP processing. As a result, the
  COBOL runtime routine may determine that there is no files
  in the program and skip printing the related information.

Problem conclusion
