* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables users to get updated  *
*                      manual instructions for the ISPF        *
*                      interface of IMS Administration Tool.   *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
****************************************************************
The APAR PH40770 makes it possible to display a HELP panel that
describes the options available when starting the ISPF interface
of the IMS Administration Tool.
Along with this, IMS Tools Setup adds a procedure to display the
new HELP panel in the manual instructions for the ISPF interface
of the IMS Administration Tool.
