    ****************************************************************
1- Q Capture abended when decoding COMMENT statement
2- Db2 z/OS has implemented a range partition filter in IFI
    306. Q Capture is changed to use this enhancement to improve
Capture program performance for subscriptions by
    range-partition.
3- Q Capture loops endlessly when running with
parallel_mqthread=Y and hitting a qfull condition.
4- Currently, when performing a fullrefresh, the APPLY program
    will execute the TRUNCATE command

Problem conclusion

  • 1- Capture is changed to check the column datatype of zero
    before decoding.
2- Q Capture is enhanced to pass the partition range in the
filter when invoking IFI 306 for subscriptions by
range-partition. There is no impact for regular subscriptions
and it simply pass the values 0000.
3- Fixed the rc when the queue is full in a few places.
4- Apply should retry this operation with DELETE since VIEW is
    a supported target type.
    ASNCLP was not updated.
