PH40313: UNABLE TO HIDE UPLOAD OPTION EVERYWHERE USING ROLE CUSTOMIZATION

• Closed as documentation error.

Error description

• Upload is not visible under the New menu but it is still visible
  under New > Data module after hiding it using role customization
  

Local fix

• Removed authors from the Upload file capability.  They get an
  message indicating they do not have permissions but the option
  is not hidden.

  * 1. Create a user who only belongs to a single Cognos role    *
  * such as 'Authors' who by default has the upload capability.  *
  * 2. Go to Manage > People > Accounts > Cognos namespace >     *
  * properties of Authors role > Customization > Click Default   *
  * beside Features                                              *
  * 3. Search for upload in the features window, uncheck upload  *
  * and it will automatically unchek it everywhere               *
  * Now the end user should not see the upload option anywhere   *
  * 4. Log back in as the user who is a member of this Authors   *
  * role.                                                        *
  *                                                              *
  * You will not see the upload is no longer visible from New    *
  * menu.                                                        *
  * However, select New > datamodule the upload feature is still *
  * present and should not be                                    *
