Error description

• Add support for the new >>DATA directive for AMODE 64 COBOL
  programs.  It allows the compiler user to control the AMODE of
  identifiers defined in the WORKING-STORAGE section of the
  source program.

  *                 of certain data items defined in the         *
  *                 WORKING-STORAGE section of the source        *
  *                 program.                                     *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: New Function: When LP(64) is in effect, *

  *                      WORKING-STORAGE section reside above    *
  *                      the bar. This can be changed by using   *
  *                      a new compiler directive >>DATA.        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the IBM provided PTF and make use of   *

  When LP(64) is in effect, by default data items in the
  WORKING-STORAGE section reside above the 2GB bar.  Until now,
  a compiler user had no way to specify the storage location as
  below the 2GB bar for data items defined in the WORKING-STORAGE
  section.

• A new >>DATA directive has been added to the compiler to allow
  the user to specify the storage location of data items
  defined in the WORKING-STORAGE section of the source program.
  The >>DATA directive syntax is defined as follows:

  where integer-1 must be an unsigned integer with a value of
  64 or 31. The default for LP(64) is 64. The directive is not
  supported in LP(32).
  
  >>DATA 31 specifies that storage should reside below the
  2GB bar
  >>DATA 64 specifies that storage could reside above the
  2GB bar
