PH40084: QUERY SERVICE INTERNAL ERROR SHOWS UP WHEN USING EXCLUDE FEATUREIN DASHBOARD

Error description

• In 11.1.7 FP2, A user creates a dashboard which is based on TM1
  cube. With two or more filters in place, while using 'exclude'
  feature, query service internal error shows up.
  Issue is reproducible easily using TM1 cube and can be tricky if
  try to reproduce using Powercube but not reproducible with DMR
  packages
