Problem Description

  1. The default option in EASYTRAN is FASTSORT=YES but the
     Reference Manual
     states that the default is FASTSORT=NO.

  1. The default option in EASYTRAN is truly FASTSORT=YES.

  The original implementation of FASTSORT= option was set to
  FASTSORT=YES. It should have been FASTSORT=NO.
  The wrong default was implemented when the FASTSORT= option
  was added to IMU.

     FASTSORT=NO.
