• Assume 2 types of COBOL program structures;
  #1:
  PROCEDURE DIVISION.
  ENTRY 'DLITCBL'  USING PCB-REC1
                         PCB-REC2.
  #2:
  PROCEDURE DIVISION USING  PCB-REC1
                            PCB-REC2.
  
  When PSB files are not found, #1 shows the build warning message
  'No valid PSB file information found for this program' but #2
  does not.  Without the warning, a user would not know the IMS
  calls are not resolved because the PSB files were actually not
  found.
