  * RECOMMENDATION: Install provided PTF and recompile           *

  The compiler was not properly skipping over index names while
  declaring the subordinate data items to a host variable group
  item, and tried to declare an index name as a host variable.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was changed to correctly skip over index names that
  are included in a host variable group data item when declaring
  host variables to Db2
