  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. Out of date offsets in Performance   *
  *                         Warehouse (PWH) load definitions.    *
  *                      2. Access to SYSIBM.SYSPACKAGE fails    *
  *                         when Explain is used for packages    *
  *                         with names longer than 8 characters. *
  *                      3. Linkage changes needed to improve    *
  *                         compliance to APF usage guidelines.  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  1. PWH loads may fail for STATISTICS General table due to
     invalid offsets in load definitions.
  2. Access to SYSIBM.SYSPACKAGE fails when explain is used for
     packages with names longer than 8 characters due to a logic
     error.
  3. Linkage changes needed to improve compliance to APF usage
     guidelines.

• 1. PWH load definitions are aligned with the internal SAVE-FILE
     structure.
  2. Explain reporting logic has been amended to correctly handle
     packages with long names.
