Error description

  • CICS Supplied CLIST DFH$CAT2 at 5.5 and 5.6 has the following
    lines:
    
    RDEFINE &classname OPERATOR UACC(NONE) +
    
    
            ADDMEM(CWTO,CRTE,CMSG,CEST,CEOT,CSFE,DSNC,CBAM,CIDP,
                   CDBQ,CDBF) +
            NOTIFY(&notify) +
            OWNER(&owner)
    
    PERMIT   OPERATOR  CLASS(&classname) ID(&OPERATOR_ACCESS_LIST)
    
    This needs a continuation "+" line starting ADDMEM.
    
    RDEFINES for both  SYSADM  &  OPERATOR  need a continuation
    character of "+" on their respective ADDMEM lines.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Syntax error when running DFH$CAT2      *
    *                      CLIST.                                  *
    ****************************************************************
    When running the DFH$CAT2 CLIST as provided in the SDFHSAMP
    library to define the RACF Category 2 transactions the CLIST
    will issue the following:
    COMMAND COLM NOT FOUND OR REXX IDENTIFIER IS MISSING+
    The same message is also issued for CDBQ due to missing
    continuation characters.
    In addition, this message is also seen:
    INVALID USER OR GROUP ID, ) because of a incorrect name for an
    ID field of MQSBRIDGE.
    

Problem conclusion

  • UI75986 UI75987
    DFH$CAT2 has been updated to add the required continuation
    characters and correct the ID field name.
