    ****************************************************************
This APAR enables IMS Online Reorganization Facility to
    support the following function.
    - Change error message from "Pointer Error Detected" to a more
descriptive error when OSAM BLKSIZE doesn't match DBRC

In addition, the following fixes have been applied in this APAR.
    - When character values including blanks are specified in a
HALDB partition high key value, ORF issues KEYSTRING of
INIT.PART/CHANGE.PART in a hex format. Code has been changed
to issue KEYSTRING in a character format.
    - When character values including blanks or lower case are
specified in a HALDB partition high key value, the string
should be enclosed by single quotation marks. Code has been
changed to enclose the string by single quotation marks.
    - When running IMS HALDB Toolkit MAINTAIN ONLINE(Y) and
KEYSORDR(Y) is specified, NOTIFY.ALLOC can fail with the
message DSP0204I INVALID VALUE FOR PARAMETER USID. Code has
been changed to set a correct USID.
    - Recovery job can issue DFS2804A when the input image copy
data sets are created by IMS HALDB Toolkit MAINTAIN ONLINE(Y).
Code has been changed so that recovery job ends normally.
