Error description

• Error was introduced with installation of Interim Fix for CA
  11.1.7.
  The report uses a prompt page with custom control to pre-filter
  the results to the current year. Within the JavaScript code, the
  current year is determined and placed in a value prompt. After
  that the prompt page is submitted by the code.
  
  XQE-PLN-0001 Internal error. The query could not be planned by
  the Query Service.
  Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
