  The httpPluginManagement.py script doesn't have the ability to
  propagate the plugin keyring files.
  

Problem conclusion

• The httpPluginManagement.py script has been updated to
  propagate the keyring files.  When running the script, use the
  propagateKeyring option.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.21 & 9.0.5.10. For more information, see 'Recommended
