APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The session parameter  "ACCOUNT.PERSONALINFO.TIMEZONEID" is not
  listed in Report Studio for default time zone settings.
  This only occurs when using a Compatible Query Mode (CQM)
  package.
  

Local fix

• It appears after Toggling Time Zone Preferences => Users have to
  explicitly set the time zone.
  If possible migrate package to Dynamic Query Mode (DQM) where it
  will work for Reporting
