  *                 z/OS Performance Management (MVSPM) and      *
  *                 Monitoring Agent (ITMAGENT) components.      *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The RMF calculation used for the        *
  *                      calculation of IOSQ time changed        *
  *                      at z/OS V2.3 resulting in significant   *
  *                      differences dependant on the level of   *
  *                      z/OS.                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *
  ****************************************************************
  The RMF calculation used for the calculation of IOSQ time
  changed at z/OS V2.3 from (SMF74QUE/SMF74SAM) /
  (SMF74SSC/SMF74INT) to SMF74IOS/SMF74SSC and the new
  calculation is now used for z/OS V2.3 and above.
  

Problem conclusion

• The calculation of IOSQ time is conditionally changed
  to use the RMF calculation based on the level of the zOS
  system the data is from.
