Error description

• This APAR adds a new option to Misc flags = M (Bypass SYSLGRNX
  on MODIFY RECOVERY), that allows to turn off the SYSLGRNX
  processing when reporting the activity before the modify
  recovery utility timestamp.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When LAT users report the data before   *
  *                      the Modify recovery due to cleared      *
  *                      SYSLGRNX table log files are skipped    *
  *                      and this results in no data to report   *
  *                      condition. This APAR adds               *
  *                      an option that switches off             *
  *                      the SYSLGRNX processing in case         *
  *                      Modify recovery utility was run after   *
  *                      the requested timeframe.                *
